Shipping and Returns Policies

At the Tienda Virtual MIUPI of the Río Piedras Campus, we want to offer shoppers only the best customer service. Below you will find our shipping and return policies.

  • Office days and hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Purchases made after 4:00 p.m. will be processed on the next day.
  • Purchases made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the next working day.
  • Purchases made on holidays will be processed on the next working day. 
  • Orders will be processed and shipped with the appropriate packaging shortly after being placed.
  • All payments must be made through Pay Pal. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been processed and received.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must include the order number, a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned and a copy of the invoice. SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and the customer shall receive store credit for the cost of the item(s) returned. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Item must be in the same conditions as it was received. 
  • Shipping is calculated according to the costs determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be charged automatically at checkout.
  • After placing an order, an email confirmation will be sent along with the order number. Customers will also be notified via email when the package has been shipped.
  • In order for orders to be processed, customers must create an account and sign in once they have selected the desired items and placed them in the “cart”.
